Hardwood Lumber
Metro Hardwoods is entering its 17th year serving the Twin Cities area and Greater Minnesota as the premier supplier of northern hardwood lumber. As we move into the new century, Metro Hardwoods has become more than just a northern hardwood distribution yard. The addition of Appalachian and Exotic Hardwoods allows Metro Hardwoods to fulfill nearly any hardwood request that a customer may require.

Hardwood Plywood
Columbia Forest products is North America's largest manufacturer of hardwood veneer and hardwood plywood. The origins of the company date back to 1957 with its first hardwood plywood plant in Klamath Flass, Oregon. Columbia, an employee owned company, currently manufactures in 20 locations through the United States and Canada. Metro Hardwoods and Columbia Plywoods' relationship dates back 15 years. Flexible Veneers
The method in which veneers are cut is an important factor in producing the various visual effects. Two logs of the same species, but with their veneers cut differently, will have entirely different visual characteristics.

Particleboard, Countertops, MDF
Forpan industrial particleboard is a 100% Canadian Black Spruce board noted for its smooth, light colored, dense surface. The quality and conformity of Forpan core allows the user to optimize production time, reduce material and equipment maintenance and maintain consistency in quality of the finished product.

Molding & Dimension
All moldings are available for immediate shipment out of our Maple Grove distribution yard. Our moldings are made of the highest quality hardwoods, come with a superior moulded finish and run in lengths heavy to 10' to 14'. All moldings are packaged in small quantities giving you the flexibility to order as little as 50 lineal feet.
